Hard/Deep Tech (Defense, Healthcare, Transhumanist Tech)
1. The world feels tense in a lot of ways. If it escalates more than it already has, the most important edge a nation could have is in hard science to defend or take hard resources.
2. In an inflationary environment, borrowing to invest in high capex things now makes more sense than waiting and risking even higher nominal costs.
