These are negative emotional triggers and here’s how to deal with them:
- Identify the emotion: It’s a mental state that you can alter.
- Analyze the trigger: Identify what stressful experience caused the negative emotion.
- Shift your emotional state: Distract yourself by walking, meditating, breathing or stretching. See what works best for you.
