What’s your most important habit?
My daily walk.
I picked this habit up at the beginning of the pandemic. It’s become my own personal daily stand up. Plus I found that starting with a nice dose of sun makes my day so much brighter (pun intended).
What are you reading right now?
The Practice: Shipping Creative Work by Seth Godin
Iβm working on building my shipping muscle. I suffered from perfectionism for a long time which created a graveyard of unfinished projects. The way Seth thinks about the creative process as an act of service has helped me push through my own roadblocks.
What product or service do you wish existed?
An app that combines all the music from my subscriptions (Spotify, Tidal and Apple Music) as well as my own music library.
What product are you obsessively using right now?
Twitch. I follow some amazing DJs there that provide the soundtrack for my work day. I can pretty much pick any mood I want to be in and there is usually a DJ spinning what Iβm looking for.
What are you bullish on?
Flipping no-code side projects. So many folks want in on entrepreneurship but donβt want to start from scratch. Sites like MicroAcquire and Tiny Acquisitions are opening up opportunities. If you can build something and get a bit of traction you have a good shot at getting acquired.
What are you bearish on?
Twitter. Iβve been on the platform since 2008. It feels like the trolls are winning.
