Your competitors can see your code, you can see theirs. Execution defines the winner. Build better, faster and simpler plugins to succeed.

I use GPT-4 and prompt engineering to make digital expert avatars trained on any textual datasets. I can ask them to share insights using natural language. All without writing one line of code.

What are you bullish on?
AI which is fine-tuned for specific industries and tasks. It will boost the transfer of tacit knowledge. AI is smart, efficient and productive. It doesn’t eat, sleep or rest. It has unlimited creativity. I can’t imagine what it will be capable of in 10 years.

What are you bearish on?
The current educational and employment systems. Student debt, declining job satisfaction and AI are changing them fast. With companies not asking for a degree, we might see a more holistic approach to skill building than a mere focus on getting a degree.

I’ve just read The Mom Test by Rob Fitzpatrick to learn how to talk to users and understand their needs. This book uncovered some poor Biz Dev practices that were causing zombie leads.

What product or service do you wish existed?
A device that could read our mind and generate images or videos to help others understand what we are talking about. It does sound quite apocalyptic though. This would rewrite so many social norms.

What product are you obsessively using right now?
Hevy to track my weights and exercises. It has a cool feature that lets me see when my friends track their workout. It is a good motivation to go to the gym more often.

I’m bullish on my success as long as I keep iterating and getting better.

I’m bearish on getting people to change. I focus on my life instead and let people do what they want. This is great for my inner peace.

It depends on what you’re building. You can build useful models by customizing pre-trained models or using no-code tools. Online tutorials and developer communities can help you with anything more complex. 

“Niche AI models can still give wrong answers.”
